The fast-casual-dining of Macinata and Briscola arrives in Florence

After the successes in Milan with its 5 format, the Foodation group chooses the central Via del Campidoglio 8R and 12R in Florence to open two new stores of Briscola – Pizza Society and Macinata – Sarti di Burger, which aim to enhance the ‘Italian character of the product categories respectively of pizza and burgers.
Foodation is the brainchild of Richard Cortese and Federico Pinna with the aim of creating, incubate, optimize, enhance and communicate the formats in its portfolio chain. Specialized in “fast-casual dining” formats, Foodation has to date developed Mariù – kebabberia Gastronomica, Macinata – Sarti di Burger, Briscola – Pizza Society, Burbee – Burgers and Beer and Trita – Tailor Made Burger.

The group manages the strategic activities of purchases, finance, marketing and communication for all formats; the network management operations are coordinated by internal chain manager and dedicated to each brand.
