Premiata Briscola Migliore Pizzeria d’Italia 2015 dal gastronauta.it e raddoppia
Briscola – Pizza Society, the Foodation format dedicated to the staple of Italian cuisine in the world: the Neapolitan pizza. Here pizza is made from raw materials of excellent quality and cooked in a gas oven, which produces no soot, a well known risk factor for health, in a contemporary atmosphere, original and fresh, typical of American collegiate fraternities.
In November 2015 was consecrated the Best Pizzeria in Italy by gastronauta.it, a Sole24ore food section, curated by Davide Paolini, the award was received Wednesday, April 13th at the World Pizza Championship held in Parma.
The first local Briscola – Pizza Society was born in March 2015 in Milan, in Via Fogazzaro 9, between Porta Romana and Piazza V Giornate, while the second was opened in October of the same year in Florence, in the central Via del Campidoglio 8r, just behind Piazza Della Repubblica.
